Alex Pietrasiuk
Founder and CPA
Alexander (Al) Pietrasiuk is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Al’s career started at Plante Moran, one of the nation’s largest CPA firms, where he spent 7 years in management consulting and assurance.
After leaving Plante Moran, he worked in the private equity industry and at a local CPA firm. In July 2021, Al launched Kinline to leverage the ever-growing technology now available across the industry with the goal of providing accounting and advisory solutions to a broad base of businesses and individuals.
Al and his wife Samantha live in Scottsdale, Arizona with their two kids, Joy and James.

Vanessa Ontiveros
Senior Accounting Associate
Vanessa brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the world of accounting.
Originally hailing from the Lone Star State of Texas, she planted her roots in Phoenix in 2017. As an accountant for the last 9 years, Vanessa has honed her skills through diverse roles and responsibilities.
From managing financial records to analyzing complex data, she has consistently delivered accurate and insightful results. Her commitment to excellence and proficiency in financial software has earned her the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.
She can be found at the front of the line at an estate sale and thrifting to her heart's content on the weekends. She currently has a special interest in excel and finds herself working in it to wind down in the evening.
